Welcome to St Joseph's Primary School Laurieton
St Joseph’s Laurieton is an inclusive Catholic Parish school and is known for its excellence in Catholic Education, formation of faith, the arts, culture, sports, and a diverse and engaging curriculum that caters to all learning needs.
We are proud of our long-standing tradition of welcoming generations of students to our vibrant school. Our school is often described as a 'family' because of the way we support, respect, and trust each other in our daily interactions. We know that parents and carers are integral partners in the school community and are crucial in supporting their child’s achievements. At St Joseph’s, we build these strong and lasting relationships by following our school motto of ‘Courtesy, Faith and Diligence’, whereby every community member is loved for their uniqueness in a Christ-centred learning environment.
St Joseph’s Primary School is located in Laurieton on the mid-north coast of New South Wales. Our school nurtures students from Kindergarten to Year 6 and is an integral part of the community. Our 4.5-hectare Parish site encompasses our school as well as St Joseph’s Preschool, Gowrie OOSH, and the St Peter the Fisherman Parish Church, Parish Hall, and remarkable gardens.
We are a feeder school for St Joseph’s Regional College and Camden Haven High School.
We are a prominent partner in the evangelising mission of the Church.
At St Joseph’s Laurieton, we are a Christ-centred learning community where every child is known and valued.
