The class teacher will understand. Most teachers allow children to complete their homework over several nights in any case, so that if unexpected visitors, regular sports, or sickness interfere with homework completion, there is always another opportunity. The trick is not to leave everything till the last night. You could assist your child by establishing a routine that suits your lifestyle and home circumstances. A quiet area free from distractions where he or she can spread out and concentrate would be ideal if you could arrange it.
